Some of our past projects

We’ve had our hands on a lot of projects — from moving massive machines to tackling tricky installs and keeping production lines running with repairs and maintenance. No two jobs are ever the same, and that’s what makes this work rewarding. See some of the projects we've been a part of, more projects will be added soon!

Cardboard Scrap Conveyor

Scrap Conveyor

We designed, fabricated, and installed a custom overhead scrap conveyor system for a corrugated box facility to efficiently remove production scrap while maximizing floor space. All structural steel was built in-house and integrated with reliable drive components, resulting in a durable, streamlined solution that improved material handling and reduced manual cleanup.

Zero-Clearance Move

A real-world version of Operation: maneuvering a massive machine through a warehouse door with virtually no margin for error. Every inch required careful planning, precise coordination, and steady execution—because even the slightest contact could have serious consequences.

Silo Relocation

Progressive Millwrights Inc. safely relocated, erected, leveled, and anchored a 13,500 lb silo using coordinated multi-crane operations and precision rigging.

Major Refurbishment

Progressive Millwrights Inc. completed a full refurbishment of multiple printing and gluing sections from corrugating machinery, including the replacement of precision rollers, liners, and bearings, with reassembly, testing, painting, and safe delivery of the production-ready equipment.

Large Machines, Small openings

Relocated a large Eterna Flatbed Die Cutter using a 160-ton crane and a 140K lift truck with boom, ensuring safe dismantling, transport, and installation.

Conveyor Tunnel Enclosure

This project involved the fabrication and construction of a custom tunnel enclosure designed to house and protect an conveyor system at a packaging facility. Built from supplied materials and engineered drawings, the structure provides a durable, weather-resistant solution integrated seamlessly into the plant’s operations.
