Zero-Clearance Move
A real-world version of Operation: maneuvering a massive machine through a warehouse door with virtually no margin for error. Every inch required careful planning, precise coordination, and steady execution—because even the slightest contact could have serious consequences.
This project was a true real-world version of the game Operation. We carefully maneuvered a massive piece of machinery through a warehouse overhead door with almost no clearance on either side. Unlike the board game, there was no buzzer—just very real consequences if the equipment so much as brushed the frame.
Success depended on detailed pre-planning, exact measurements, coordinated communication, and complete trust in the team. Every movement was deliberate. Every inch mattered. It was a test of precision, patience, and execution under pressure—where preparation met performance and zero contact was the only acceptable outcome.
