This project involved the fabrication and construction of a custom tunnel enclosure designed to house and protect an conveyor system at a packaging facility. Built from supplied materials and engineered drawings, the structure provides a durable, weather-resistant solution integrated seamlessly into the plant’s operations.
For this project, we constructed a custom-built tunnel enclosure designed to house an overhead conveyor system serving a packaging plant. Working from an existing design, our team supplied all required materials and completed the full fabrication and assembly of the structure, ensuring it met both functional and environmental demands.
The tunnel was built to protect the conveyor from the elements while maintaining safe, efficient material flow between areas of the facility. Precision layout and solid construction were critical to ensure proper alignment with the conveyor system and compatibility with the plant’s existing infrastructure.
