Conveyor Tunnel Enclosure

Progressive Millwrights worked closely with the client to construct and install a custom tunnel enclosure for an overhead conveyor system serving a packaging facility. Our team assisted with the design and planning of the enclosure, helping develop a solution that would integrate the new conveyor route with the facility's existing structure.
The project involved preparing openings in the existing building for the conveyor to pass through, fabricating structural components, assembling and installing the enclosure, and completing the exterior sheet metal work. Careful layout and coordination throughout the project helped ensure the structure aligned properly with the conveyor system and integrated with the surrounding plant infrastructure.
The completed tunnel provides a durable, weather-resistant enclosure that protects the conveyor while supporting reliable material movement between areas of the facility.
