Corrugator Machinery Refurbishment

Progressive Millwrights completed a comprehensive refurbishment of multiple printing and gluing sections from corrugating machinery used in packaging production. Each section was carefully disassembled to allow our team to inspect the equipment and identify worn or damaged components requiring repair or replacement.
The refurbishment included replacement of precision rollers, protective liners, bearings and other mechanical components, along with repairs to restore proper alignment and mechanical integrity. Once the mechanical work was complete, the equipment underwent surface preparation and industrial painting before being fully reassembled and tested.
Following testing, our rigging team prepared, loaded and delivered the refurbished machinery back to the operational facility, completing the project from initial teardown through to the return of production-ready equipment.
