Major Refurbishment

Progressive Millwrights Inc. recently completed a full refurbishment of several printing and gluing sections from high-performance cardboard and corrugating machinery. Our mechanical team disassembled each section in detail, allowing for thorough inspection and the replacement of critical wear components, including multiple precision rollers and their protective liners, bearings, and other high-tolerance parts essential for consistent operation. We carried out repairs to restore alignment and mechanical integrity, followed by professional surface preparation and industrial-grade painting to protect against wear and corrosion. After refurbishment, the equipment was fully reassembled, tested for operational accuracy, and prepared for transport. Our rigging team then safely loaded and delivered the machinery to its operational facility, ensuring it was production-ready upon arrival.
