Job Description
The Construction Foreman at CTS is a leadership position reporting to the Project Manager, requiring mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and practical leadership abilities. This role is pivotal in supervising crews, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance with OHSA guidelines. The General Foreman manages planning, scheduling, quality control, and employee relations while fostering a respectful and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include translating project requirements into actionable plans, conducting safety assessments, resolving crew issues, and ensuring work meets quality standards. With 3-5 years of trades experience and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, the General Foreman plays a vital role as a liaison between the company, contractors, and clients, ensuring project success and team cohesion.
